O carnaval do Baiacu, que ocorreu nos dias 12 e 15/02 foi maravilhoso. O desfile pelas ruas de Santo Antônio aconteceu apesar do tempo instável e dos problemas técnicos ocorridos no carro de som que não pode levar os músicos e os puxadores do samba do Baiacu, que tiveram que se ajeitar no camarote do Feijão. Mas nada disso ofuscou o brilho do Baiacu que desfilou com a maior energia cantando e contagiando a todos com a "Música da Ilha".
Após o desfile, a festa continuou na sede ao som da banda Gafieira Light e participação de Joana Cabral e Júlio César que fizeram o público cantar e dançar.
O Baiacu mais uma vez apresentou um carnaval de qualidade, com muita dedicação, comprometimento, espírito de paz, amor e muita alegria! Parabéns a toda família Baiacu e ao grande público pelo belíssimo carnaval. Ano que vem tem muito mais!
